My client is one of the UK`s best-loved names in travel, due to continual growth and success they are now seeking an assistant shop manager to come and assist the running of this busy store in Hemel Hempstead.
Successful candidates MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a assistant manager or as a senior travel consultant ready to make that next step up in the career ladder. You must have the ability to motivate a team of experienced consultants. As this is a very `hands-on` position it is essential that you have extensive experience working within a retail travel agency and the ability to cross-train onto a new in-house reservations system. You most also be capable of running the shop, dealing with customer*staff issues etc. in your managers absence.
In return my client will offer a basic salary between Ј12`000 - Ј15`000 (dependant on experience) + fantastic travel benefits. My client believes that this is a career not just a job and the career opportunities are endless!
